All cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, due to factors such as location of rental, dates of rental, size of rental order and the amount of time of notice of customer’s intent to cancel before the rental start date and time.

Mr. John will refund both the rental fee and shipping/delivery charges only if the equipment has not been loaded for delivery or if a customer cancels their order prior to the delivery date or if Mr. John has sent the wrong item. If rented equipment is en route to a customer and/or refused via phone prior to delivery, Mr. John will provide a refund though all rights are held to charge the delivery fee in full and if the equipment has been delivered, the full amount will be charged.

Mr. John can either reschedule the delivery of the equipment to another date or refund the order to the credit card utilized for the purchase within ten (10) business days from the date of cancellation. The time it takes for a return to post to a customer’s account may depend on individual banking institutions.

For restroom trailer orders, the following cancellation policy applies:

The Customer may cancel this order, reduce quantities, revise specifications or extend schedules only by mutual agreement and agrees to pay proper cancellation charges which shall take into account expenses already incurred and commitments made by The Company and shall indemnify The Company against any loss, such loss may or shall not to exceed total contract price.
