Community Involvement
Mr. John Provides Restrooms for Bourbon Street Blues FestThe Bourbon Street Blues Festival is gearing up to bring hearty dose of the blues to New Jersey and Mr. John will be donating a number of portable restrooms for the event. Over 3000 people are expected to attend the festival, which is being held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at Lebanon Township Memorial Park in Lebanon Township, NJ.
The beneficiary for the event is the Lebanon Township Education Foundation, which seeks to provide programs, equipment and enrichment opportunities the school district cannot fund, including adult education programs, after-school cultural arts activities and senior citizen classes. The Foundation develops and supports community and school programs that enhance the potential for all members of the Lebanon Township community.
Responding to a last minute call for more restrooms, Mr. John agreed to provide the additional portable toilet units free of charge. “We are pleased to be able to help a local charity” said Mr. John President, Gary Weiner. Mr. John’s Glen Gardner location is less than 4 miles away from the festival site and will be delivering a total of 22 Standard Mr. John portable restrooms and one ADA approved portable toilet for the event.
